Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Client”) and Upbrox Digital Services(“Upbrox”, “we”, “us”). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By proceeding, you acknowledge full acceptance.
1. Agreement to Terms
Acceptance
By accessing upbrox.com or placing any order through our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have parental/guardian consent.
2. Service Delivery
What We Deliver
Upbrox creates and delivers professional digital design assets including but not limited to: resume redesigns, YouTube thumbnail redesigns, portfolio layouts, LinkedIn profile optimization kits, Instagram content packs, PDF study notes, Figma files, and branding packages.
Turnaround Time
We aim to deliver all completed assets within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and all necessary input files. Complex custom orders may require up to 72 hours. Delays caused by incomplete or late-submitted information are not the responsibility of Upbrox.
Delivery Format
Finished assets are delivered via email in PDF, PNG, Figma link, or ZIP format depending on the service. You will receive a download link or direct email attachment within the specified timeframe.
3. User Content & Rights
Your Ownership
You retain full ownership of any raw content, text, logos, photos, or files you submit to Upbrox. By submitting content, you grant Upbrox a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of completing your order.
Content Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use all content you submit. Upbrox is not liable for any intellectual property infringement claims arising from user-submitted content.
Portfolio Use
By default, Upbrox may showcase anonymized versions of completed design work in our portfolio. If you wish to opt out of portfolio use, notify us at the time of ordering.
4. Revisions & Acceptance
Revision Policy
We offer revision rounds on all completed packages. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of your asset delivery date. Revisions cover adjustments to typography, colors, layout spacing, and copy edits within the original scope of the service.
Out-of-Scope Changes
Changes that fundamentally alter the service scope (e.g., switching from a resume to a portfolio redesign) are considered new orders and billed separately.
Deemed Acceptance
If no revision request or feedback is received within 7 days of delivery, the service is deemed completed and accepted.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing
All services are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) at the flat rates displayed on our pricing page. Prices are inclusive of all fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking) and Stripe (international cards). Upbrox does not store, access, or retain your raw payment details.
Failed Payments
In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be activated. Please retry using an alternate payment method or contact support@upbrox.com for assistance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Design as Enhancement
Upbrox design upgrades are visual and aesthetic enhancements. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, including but not limited to: job callbacks, increase in video views, click-through rates, recruiter responses, or business revenue.
Maximum Liability
In no event shall Upbrox's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes amicably by contacting support@upbrox.com first. If a resolution cannot be reached, formal legal proceedings may be initiated under Indian jurisdiction.
