At Upbrox, your privacy is not an afterthought — it is a design principle. This policy explains clearly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can control it. We do not sell your data. We do not build advertising profiles. We use your information solely to deliver the best possible design upgrades to you.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Identifiers
When you place an order, contact us, or sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely through Razorpay or Stripe — we never store raw card data).
Design Content
Any raw text, resume files, logos, copy, or media you upload for your design upgrade are stored temporarily on our secure servers to complete your order.
Usage Data
We automatically collect browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction events to improve your experience. This data is anonymized and not linked to your identity.
2. How We Use Your Data
Order Fulfillment
Your submitted files and information are used exclusively to complete and deliver your design upgrade order within the promised 48-hour turnaround.
Support & Communication
We use your email or WhatsApp number to send order confirmations, delivery notifications, revision requests, and support updates.
Service Improvement
Anonymized usage data helps us improve our design templates, service flow, and pricing model. We do not build individual profiles for advertising purposes.
3. Data Retention
Design Files
Uploaded resumes, logos, and creative assets are retained for 30 days post-delivery to handle revisions. After 30 days, all source files are permanently deleted from our servers.
Order Records
Basic order details (name, service type, delivery date, payment confirmation) are retained for up to 24 months for billing, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
4. Third-Party Services
Payment Processors
Razorpay and Stripe handle all payment transactions under their own PCI-DSS compliant security standards. Upbrox never stores your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
Database Infrastructure
We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) to securely store order metadata and contact form submissions. Supabase enforces row-level security and encrypted storage.
Analytics
We may use privacy-first analytics platforms to track aggregate page traffic. These tools do not use invasive third-party ad tracking cookies.
5. Cookies
Essential Cookies
We use session cookies required for checkout flow, cart state, theme preferences, and site operations. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Your Control
You can clear or block non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect checkout and order submission features.
6. Your Rights
Access & Deletion
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, or to request complete deletion of your account and associated data from our systems.
